Ground Penetrating Radar Systems of Indiana recently assisted an environmental customer by locating all utilities in six soil boring locations on a manufacturing facility. This allows the facility to continue with operation without delay and the environmental company to safely drill the soil boring samples. Our customer needed to drill several soil borings and had to avoid all utilities in the area. Our technician was able to map all the utilities on the surface of the soil with spray paint, so they could be avoided.

Soil imaging technology is an excellent way to locate utilities and since GPRS of Indiana also uses a electromagnetic toner we provide the most thorough service available. Soil radar can scan large areas of areas for utilities without any harmful radiation. This allows us to operate during normal business hours without disturbing bystanders.
